From Site Survey to Net Metering - Complete Step-by-Step Guide
Installing a solar system in Lucknow is a straightforward process when you work with an experienced installer. The entire journey from initial inquiry to commissioning typically takes 25-35 days, depending on system size and UPPCL processing times.
At Sangya Solar, we handle all aspects of the installation, including paperwork, coordination with UPPCL, and subsidy application. Here is a detailed breakdown of each step:
Initial Consultation (Day 1)
You contact us via call, WhatsApp, or website form. We discuss your requirements, electricity consumption, and answer initial questions about costs and savings.
Site Survey (Day 2-3)
Our engineer visits your property to assess rooftop condition, measure available area, check shadow patterns, evaluate electrical infrastructure, and take photographs for design.
Design & Quotation (Day 4-5)
Based on survey, we prepare custom system design including panel layout, inverter selection, and mounting structure. Detailed quotation with all costs, savings projection, and financing options is shared.
Agreement & Advance Payment (Day 6-7)
Once you approve the quotation, we sign the installation agreement. 50% advance payment is collected to begin material procurement. We collect necessary documents for subsidy and net metering application.
Material Procurement (Day 8-15)
We procure Tier-1 DCR certified panels, inverter, mounting structure, and all accessories from authorized distributors. Quality inspection is done before dispatch to your site.
Structure Installation (Day 16-17)
Our team installs the mounting structure on your rooftop. This includes channel frames, clamps, and rail system. Waterproofing is done at all penetration points.
