1. Delivery Coverage
Pan-India Delivery
We deliver solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and all accessories to all states and union territories across India.
Priority Zones
- Uttar Pradesh: 2-4 business days (Home state - fastest delivery)
- North India: 3-5 business days
- Central India: 4-6 business days
- South India: 5-7 business days
- East/North-East India: 6-10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
- Order confirmation email with Order ID sent immediately after purchase
- Dispatch notification with tracking number within 24-48 hours of shipping
- Real-time tracking available through our platform dashboard
- SMS/WhatsApp updates at key delivery milestones
- Delivery confirmation with photo proof
5. Important Notes
Receiving Your Order
- Inspect all packages for damage before accepting delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Report damages within 24 hours with photos
- Keep original packaging until installation is complete
Delivery Exceptions
- Remote areas may have extended delivery times (up to 15 business days)
- Delivery not available in certain restricted zones
- Large commercial orders may require special logistics arrangements
- COD (Cash on Delivery) not available for orders above ₹1,00,000
Installation Services
For bundled EPC/DSIC contracts, installation scheduling is coordinated separately after material delivery. Our installation team will contact you within 2-3 business days of delivery confirmation.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
- Re-delivery charges may apply after the 3rd attempt
- Orders will be returned to warehouse if unclaimed for 7 days
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund
